Twitch achievement and app bugs

I'm attempting to watch some twitch streams but can't get the app to stay running. I'm watching a 24 hour stream that still has several hours to go, but twitch just closed stating the broadcast ended. Just checked on my computer and that stream is still
running.

Also, it seems the twitch achievement "max bandwidth" is broken again. Based on trueachievement stats, 9 people won it June 11th with no one getting it since. It looks like it was fairly constent that someone popped it daily for the 10 days prior.
This would seem to suggested that a bug was introduced around the 11th.

Does Microsoft fix the bugs in this app is that twitch.tv's job?

Achievement App deleted my progress

Hello and happy Holidays everyone.

My Problem is that the Xbox Achievement App deleted my Progress on Forza Motorsport 5 and Twitch. I played Forza 5 and got 402 Gold medals on the carreer when i checked the Achievement App it is saying 8% Progress. Some weeks before it said 89%. Even the
Achievements with Getting Money from your Design and Tuning Setup is set back to 0%. On Twitch the Achievement Watch 100hrs Twitch is from 76% back to 9%.

I tried a hard reset and re-downloading my Profile. Nothing worked. I think there must be a Problem with the Achievement App.

I am really disapointed because the Problem because the Achievements are a Major part of gaming experience for me on the Xbox One. I hope you guys can fix this Problem.

 

Just wanted to add a note from my experience - I emailed them during the week of SGDQ (last week of June) and never heard anything from them. I also talked to a Twitch staff member, but he said that he wasn't sure who takes care of that, but to email Twitch
Support .

 

Have attempted to get Max Bandwidth without luck. If you snap on the Achievement app while watching, you will notice that the percentage never increases towards completion during active viewing.

 

Yep, pls fix that "Max Bandwidth" achievement, im waiting over 2 months of it, pls!!

 

Ill hope they fix this issue with the max bandwidth achievement, like my mate say above, is bugged since 2 month, pls MS or TT.

I agree. It is now 2 full months since someone won this achievement. It gives me some amount of justification since others have replied to the thread saying they too are having issues. I wish they'd fix the achievement. Perhaps they've given up on this
one? It isn't the first time it has been bugged.

 

I'd be pretty upset if they gave up on it, I thought it still worked and I like to maintain my games as 100%-capable on my Gamertag. At least change requirements or something...

 

Agreed, please fix this. I won't be using Twitch on my Xbox One until all 10 achievements are obtainable.

 

Please fix this! Its obvious its glitched. Come on Microsoft show some of that "amazing" customer service your known for!
