    Twice today every number was called... yes, all 75 numbers!


    Yes, all 75 numbers were called then the game froze when I clicked on "see rewards screen". No rewards were given and my tickets and tokens spent were lost. This after almost an entire day of "NO CONNECTION TO SERVER".

    Is Microsoft listening? Are my queries (and those of others) simply being ignored? I have reached Level 44 of France, but the frustration level has me almost ready to completely quit on all Microsoft games. Microsoft says they are free games, but the only
    freedom seems to be Microsoft's freedom to frustrate!

    Will they even acknowledge that there are problems with MS-BINGO, and let their customers know what is being done to fix the problems??? I bet not!!! Microsoft will simply continue their silent arrogance. We, their customers, are obviously not worth their
    time.

    Yes it is all up to date, and whenever I call in the xbox support person checks to see if they tried to call and they say they haven't. They also confirm my phone number with me every time and it is in the notes. Maybe you have access to the notes. My reference
    number is 115-377-4684.
