    Twice paid for gamepass but I don't have it !


    I'm having a trouble with my Xbox Game Pass the signature was paid at

    the day 17 of this month and the money was taken from my credit card,

    but when i tried to see my games on the Game Pass Catalog / List the

    games didn't appear and I'm automatic transferred to the game pass join

    screen to buy the signature, and i checked my transactions on my Xbox

    Account and the game pass transaction of this month is appearing pending

    but It was paid ! Then I paid again and the money was withdrawn again, but the gamepass did not come again!!

    checking the subscription status     of the account. If the subscription is not active after completing several purchased for it, please reach out to the
    Xbox support team. The support team can review the account's billing information, and discover why the subscription is not active. Be sure to let us know the results!

    My card was charged and on microsoft it says it wasn't charged

    It said it was paid for tho with my card on the billing orders and I don't have a past charge for gamepass before April 11th because I used a code for this gamepass.

    Thank you. Now I have one follow-up question.

    I already have Gamepass Ultimate paid up through April 2023. I believe you're only allowed to have 3 years of Gamepass paid in advance. What will happen if I claim the 2 years of Gamepass on my console? Should I wait until I'm down to 1 year of prepaid Gamepass? Will the 2 years expire if I don't claim it by a certain point?

    The reset didn't work. I've now attempted to reinstall the game, but it's telling me that I don't have gamepass ultimate and I need to purchase it before I can reinstall the game. I've already purchased it, my paypal has been charged and it says in my
    current subscriptions that I'm paid until 6/22/2020.

    This is getting annoying and I'm not willing to get charged twice.

    Any thoughts?
