Twenty-two Character Code Instead of 25.

I recently picked up a copy of Dark Souls 3. It was supposed to come with a 25-character code for a digital copy of Dark Souls, but I was given 22 instead. Help, please? Thank you.

Weekend Fun Competition Prize Code is Invalid

Hi Promotions Team,

I received an email on the 28/04/15 stating that I was one of 100 winners of the Weekend Fun competition. This email contained two prize codes - A 1 month Xbox Live Gold code, and a $10 Xbox Credit code. The code for the Xbox Live Gold worked fine, but the
code for the $10 Xbox Credit is invalid. It is not in the form of a typical 25 character code, and instead has 34 characters.

Could you please investigate this, and send me a working code for the $10 Xbox Credit?

I have same issue, I picked up a new copy of Dark Souls 3, which included a code for Dark Souls. The only problem is that the code is short 3 characters.
