TWD: A New Frontier Season Pass not working

For gaming problems, here’s how to know whether you should contact Xbox or the Game Developer.

There are two kinds of game issues:

• Within the game: This includes in-game bugs and error codes, purchasing content from an in-game store, or gameplay problems. This usually only affects one specific game. For game issues that occur in-game, check out the Game Developer’s Support Articles.
  
• Outside the game: This includes trouble with purchasing a game or add-ons from the Microsoft Store, launching a game, and 0x8 error codes. The issue usually occurs across multiple games instead of just one. For issues that occur outside the game, check out the Xbox Support troubleshooting pages.
  

On the Xbox Support site, you can find many game troubleshooting articles based on platform:

• Troubleshoot gameplay, performance, and stability issues on a Windows device
  
• Troubleshoot game issues on Xbox
  
• Troubleshoot remote play gaming
  

Who to contact if you are having problems in-game:

The Xbox Support Games & Apps page can provide a list of game titles and support options here.

To find support for games via Xbox.com or the Microsoft Store App, find the page of the game you are experience issues with.

• On Xbox.com click More > Scroll down and under Additional Info > find Publisher info
  
• On Windows 10, Scroll to the bottom of the page and Under Additional information Info > find Publisher info
  
• On Windows 11, Scroll down to Additional information > find Publisher info.

I have the same issue, and looked up all the steps you have written.

Is there any way to refund the amount I spent on buying The Walking Dead: A New Frontier - Season Pass (Episodes 2-5)?

The solution was to buy the game. 😆

Dunno why I converted to game pass. I didn't want to wait until they fix it or returned it to game pass.

If you got an error message asking you to purchase again the game, kindly follow these steps.

• Sign-in to your account at Microsoft Account | Manage Your Payments and make sure that all of your payment methods are up to date and check that the order for COD: MWII went through in your order history.
  
• If your order did not go through, place a new order for the edition you wish to purchase.
  
• If your order did go through, utilize Contact us | Xbox Support for additional support. Please be aware of possible higher than normal wait times.
