TWC TV app

I've read through quite a few posts both on this forum and the one from twc. I cannot seem to find a resolution to the error message that I'm getting when I try to open the app. No number, just says the twc servers are unavailable. Tried resetting manual
IP, hard reset, deleting app. Anyone have any other ideas? Thanks!

Unable to download TWC TV app on xbox 360 help!!!

HI,

I have contact TWC and Xbox I am unable to get any solution. I was told by TWC three times I could download their TV app and the was told that I couldn't. I spoke to several Xbox reps and told me that I should be able to and still I am unable to download
the TWC TV app.

Has anyone that has a Xbox 360 been able to download the TWC App?

Hey there asol21,

Have you tried to remove and redownload your profile yet to see if that helps? Are you using a wifi connection with the console or a wireless connection? If you're wireless, try bypassing the wifi and use a wired connection to see if that helps.
