TWC not listed in NFL App sign in

I have noticed I am not the only person with this problem. Can we get this fixed please. I work for TWC so I know there is nothing I can do on my side to get this working.

Invalid list of providers for XB1 NFL App- Time Warner missing

How is it that every major cable provider, as well a large number of small market independent companies, except Time Warner are listed in the NFL app??

The NFL on XB1 says I have to be a customer who has the NFL Network in order to sign in and use that feature. SInce I have been watching the NFL Network on my TWC service for a few years now, I'm pretty certain that I qualify. Yet, Time Warner is conspicuoulsy
absent from the list. How does this get updated and who is responsible?

The lack of functionality for TWC/Comcast is the NFL's fault. If you try to download the NFL Watch app both cable companies don't appear. However. on the TWC app you can watch the NFL Net there, but only on your home network, which defeats the purpose since
you can watch it on TV.

That must mean that Time Warner Cable is not supporting use of that app. My provider, Comcast, also does not support some apps on the console, such as Comedy Central, VH1, ect. I am not sure if there is much you can do except to talk to the provider and
try and get them to partner up with that specific company to allow them to let you access it.

There is nothing Microsoft can do about it; even if you go to the
NFL Network streaming site, you can't use Time Warner Cable to stream NFL Network. TWC has to do a deal with NFL Network to provide streaming access to TWC customers; until that happens, there's nothing Microsoft or anyone can do.

However, you can stream NFL Network and NFL Redzone through the Time Warner Cable app, which is available on the Xbox Store.

I am beyond pointing fingers just get it fixed and we can discuss user compensation later. They (TWC) have staff on weekends so fix it. MS can exert pressure if it's not on their end just as TWC can. I bet if NFL Live on TWC failed they would fix it!!

There was an update today to the NFL app. 126 Mb download.

SpiiT RhymeS I don't think that is correct. If you are one of the 215 providers listed you can watch the NFL and Redzone channels through the NFL app once you sign in. Powerhouse cable systems such as Arvig, Chippewa Valley Cable, BYU Optinet and Mid Hudson
Cable all have access, just no Comcast or Time-Warner. Why would all the providers be listed if no one can but DirecTV subscribers can watch?
