TWC channel lineup change in Littleton, NH and now guide doesn't work

I'm in Goldsboro (east of Raleigh) and the OneGuide was handling things like a boss until 11 March when TWC changed the line up. Now whenever I want to watch TV Japan, XBone enters the old channel number. OneGuide does not match the new lineup either.
Not a huge pain in the butt since OneGuide is so much better than TWC's guide. But it's useless now since _all_ the channels are incorrect.

Yay, thanks for the tip in this thread! I had the same issue with TWC in NH and sure enough as soon as I got the one guide to update to the new channel listings, if i clicked on that channel in the one guide, from there the voice commands would go to the
correct channel. Kind of a pain to have to do it for all the channels i watch, but certainly not as much of a pain as not having the voice commands to change channels as i've gotten quite used to having them! Cheers.

I have the same exact problem/symptoms. TWC is the cable company and recently changed the lineup. The guide is correct but when i tell connect to change to a channel it goes to the old channel. I filed a bug report with Studbucket via PM. Look at other
posts in this forum and PM him your issue, provider, and zip code.

I've been experiencing the same thing on and off for the past several weeks. I'm also seeing it taking significantly longer for the guide to load (spinning circle for up to 60 seconds).

I've talked to support twice trying to determine how the information for the guide is obtained and the people I have talked to don't know.

You have TWC? If so what state are you in?

In the past when TWC has changed channel lineups the information took days to be updated to the One guide so I'm assuming the information isn't being obtained from TWC in real time and when I have issues with the One Guide the guide on my cable box is working
fine so it's not a TWC issue.
