TWC Cable lineup (Dallas area) was switched, when can the xbox get the new lineup data?

I tried to clear the one guide and then re-choose my provider and area, but it still has the old information.

Better Miami Heat Lineup?

As much as I dislike the Heat I would stick with the current squad due to the starpower. The collective talent on your new lineup is definitely better, but starpower wins championships; just ask Dallas.

 

Xbox one guide channels incorrect.

Time Warner cable in my area just updated their channel lineup. So one guide is all messed up.

Yes, Time Warner Cable in zip 75025 completely changed the channel line up.

I cleared one guide and set it up again but it has not been updated.

Thanks, I had seen you post this in other threads so had already submitted a report via Xbox One also.

Would you happen to know how long the process to fix the One Guide channel lineup takes ? Will we be informed or will my One Guide just automatically update once it is fixed ?

 

I cleared my oneguide in settings and now the channels are correct, it's been updated

 

So the answer is "that fast"
