    When I play video from an online provider or a DVD/bluray audio is perfectly insync, but when using the TV tuner audio is delayed significantly. Is there abutting I can do?

    What worries me is that the problem hasn't been resolved with so many updates having been deployed.

    I would really hope that the issue isn't a hardware one!

    Hey there!

    Odd that only your TV tuner is causing you trouble. To check, what type of audio setup are you using and what do you currently having your audio output set as? If you haven't already, try running through the OneGuide setup once more to make sure your tuner
    is being detected properly.

    Last time i used a bluray lip sync was fine. Im quite sensitive to lip sync and can usually notice if its off.

    The lip sync was off in the last DVD i tried though

    I have tested with another TV (Samsung LCD TV) and then it was no problem at all. But when I have my new Philips LED TV phf6158 so it will not always be in sync. Though everything else I plug in (dvd wiiU) Philips TV work fine. But as I said on the Samsung
    TV is my Xbox in perfect sync

    For the record this has nothing to do with '50Hz issue'.

    It's caused by the xbox one not being able to transcode surround sound fast enough and is another one of the problems caused by inadequate hardware. It happens on my American xbox one with 60Hz output and is one of the primary reasons I'm waiting to get
    a refund on my xbox live 'gold'.
