Can I hook up an HDMI input where I plug in my cable box so I can hook up my Android box as well

Hey, superfreakey!

It depends on what you are asking. It sounds like you want to plug in your Android box instead of a cable box in the HDMI in port, and that should work. The Xbox's HDMI input is a digital passthrough and anything plugged into that should be streamed through
the Live TV. Based on the device's firmware, you could get an HDCP error, but that's device specific. You'll receive this error because the device may recognize that there's something in between it and the TV, and will prevent anything from showing. HDCP is
a content protection feature that is based on "handshakes" (the devices it has to go through), and some devices have them set to a specific limit.

Basically, hook it up! If it goes through the Live TV app, you should be set. However, if you get an HDCP error, that will be on Android box's side and you'll want to reach out to their support.

You could also be talking about using a splitter in the HDMI in port, too. That may be different, but we could see if we can get it working together.
