Tv won't work on my xbox one.

Since just b4 the last update I had to retune my xbox to pick up my tv, after finding where it was I selected my tv (toshiba) I hit next nothing happened done it a few times and nothing, I selected can't find my brand and typed it in manually, sorry we can't
find your brand of tv. The same thing happens when im trying my virgin media box, it also won't let me into the display settings at all, when you click on it it kicks you back out again, bit annoying when the tv worked b4 when saying xbox on it would turn
on the tv.

Won't work on my plasma tv

I can not get my X box 30th to work on my plasma TV. Have him it won't work I have tried him to start didn't work and I have brought a home to a/very red white and yellow, also has red blue and green that does not work. Any Ideals please

 

I just encountered the same issue when installed the latest update, when I go to the TV app the circle continuously loops, also when I goto display settings it boots me out and goes back to the XBOX dash.

 

Definitely sounds like some kind of software glitch in the OS. I'd try running a hard reset first (hold power sensor on console for 10 secs, let it sit 10 secs, and turn it back on) and see if that helps. If not, you may have to restore to factory defaults
and try again.

I backed up my games to an 4tb external to save downloading again and worked like a jiffy.

Same here, the last update messed up my console. I can't find my TV (Sharp) and AVR (Harman Kardon) anymore. XB1 says that the brands cannot be found. Strange, because they worked well before the update.

 

I am a part of the update previews and people were saying this was an issue in the private preview forums. I experienced this issue as well, although my issue was it was taking about 20 seconds to launch the TV app.

 

After the update my Vizio tv can no longer be controlled or turn on/off by the Xbox One. It was working fine before 5 he update. It won't let me set it up like before since Xbox recognizes my TV.

 

Ya gotta love Microsoft iv had this prob for over two weeks now posted this prob on a number of forum pages and even sent two pm to the xbox team and haven't got a reply to fix this from anyone, compleat wall of silence, dose it take more than two weeks
to fix this! WAKE UP MICROSOFT!
