TV Tuner One Guide problems

Hi,

I am having a problem getting the one guide to work (I am in the UK).

When setting up the tuner I get Freeview - Meridian digital and OTA as options.

If I choose digital I get all the channels with some duplicates (even though is is set to hide duplicate SD channels) but the one guide is empty, however, the now and next panel seems to work i.e. has information.

If I choose OTA I get the full one guide but BBC2, ITV and channel 4 are missing. i.e. the guide goes from 1 straight to channel 5.

Anyone else getting this?

Choosing Freeview National Lineup doesn't seem to make much difference.

Should the one guide populate immediately or is this a bug?

Xbox one s doesn't recognize tv tuner

hi

I bought tv tuner for my xbox one s and try to install it but after choose tv lineup would ask (do you have a tv tuner? )and can not detect my tv tuner. I've tried all usb port and restart device or reset the one guide, but nothing worked.

Returned the tv tuner and got new one but unfortunately still the same issue.

It doesn't detect tv tuner!

Is there any solution?

Some additional information.

ITV3 is missing. If I use a Freeview HDR recorder with the same aerial lead, I get the full amount of channels so it seems to be a TV tuner issue.

 

I'm getting all the channels, but no itv hd info.

 

I'm getting near perfect signal, and the following issues:

No One Guide information showing for freeview. (along with same issues above)

ALSO: Quote

I have this issue too, except wen i click on any of these it comes back with 'Lost signal to your tuner'

Xbox please help, we want a nice one guideeeeee! Was looking forward to the tuner arriving in the post, and now its not even half working :'(

And to make matters worse I have an android :'( Wahhhhhh!

Also getting this issue myself in the UK. I set up my USB Tuner to Freeview>Grenada Digital as I'm in that region and have noo information for OneGuide coming up so makes it impossible to decide what to what to watch or tell what's on. I've tried other settings
too including National Freeview lineup again with the same issues. The only way I can find out what is on that channel is to select it, then when it changes to that channel it THEN tells me what's on.

Microsoft, please fix this as OneGuide functionality as it was one of the features advertised for the USB TV Adapter (even in the YouTube video with AceyBongos it shows OneGuide working!) and one of the many reasons I bought it as I dislike the current TV
Guide built in to my current TV.

 

Edit: I have also reported the issue via Troubleshooting in the OneGuide Settings.

Have lots of issues with the tuner, I found that by changing from my ota region to digital plus selecting to show all the HD and sd channels improved fixed it (except ITV hd).

Also having major issues with the USB tuner plugged in and swapping from game to dash to TV (system stalls).

Very very disappointed in this product. Was supposed to make everything easier not glitchier!

 

Yeah I can view all the channels fine but my One Guide has "No info available".

This better get sorted or I'll be sending my digtial tv tuner back.

And the fact that my Xbox needs to be connected to Xbox Live in the first place to receive One Guide info is annoying considering I can get all the info on my freeview tv through my antenna.

Really disappointed. Seems like a waste of money.

Anyone know where the tv tuners are still in stock? There are a couple on ebay but i refuse to pay double for them. Dont know why but you cant get one for love nor money (well sensible money anyway)

 

I have missing info on ITV HD and Film 4+1. I can see what's on ITV by looking at SD channel but it's not a good solution. This is a real pain and stops the adapter from being a useful addition.
