TV Tuner not recognised on Xbox One X

Hi there,

I bought a Digital TV Tuner and when i plug it on the Xbox One X, nothing appear.

Tried to configure OneGuide app but that keep saying me to plug the tuner.

Also tried cold boot with/without the tuner plugged in, and resetting Xbox App.

I'm living in France, it that can help.

Hi, I have an Xbox TV tuner (Australian version), is it possible to use this as a TV tuner on a windows 10 PC ? Windows 10 recognises it but cannot auto install a driver. If it is possible to use it, are there drivers available ?

I already follow this Guide to set up the Digital TV Tuner but when i'm on step "Set up your USB TV tuner", my tuner isn't recognized by the Xbox One X and tell me to plug it.

Can you confirm the make and model of the device that you're attempting to setup with your Xbox One console?

The reason for this being that within the link provided from Crystal it is mentioned that OneGuide only supports a limited set of features or menus for set-top boxes.

How do you have the tuner plugged in as it does mention a USB connection, but we want to ensure that all USB ports have been attempted.

The exact model is Xbox Digital TV Tuner, Model: 1611, it seems that it doesn't have any S/N.





Tried on the 3 USB ports of the Xbox One X (2 on the rear, 1 in the front).

Tried that, stuck at Step 2. Tuner isn't recognized. And when I'm trying to configure it manually, the Xbox just tell me to plug it, I already tried all the solutions on the guide.

Thanks for the reply. Unfortunately, If these steps didn’t solve the problem, your tuner may need to be replaced. To order a new tuner, go to
Device Support.

I may be stupid but on the Device Support page, I find no way to add this product

The only product I can register is my Xbox One X.
