TV tuner not found

Every time I set up my hauppauge TV tuner it scans the channels then once I get to one guide it says TV tuner not found. Everything worked great untill yesterday. I bought a new TV tuner today and that didn't resolve the issue. I just bought a new xbox
one and I continue to have the same problem.

My antenna works when plugged directly into my tv.

Is anyone else having the same problem?

Had this exact problem with the Microsoft Digital TV tuner stick, did you manage to fix it?

Did you use it in Europe before and are now in North America? Here in the states, we use the Hauppauge ones instead of Microsoft.

I have the exact same problem identical issue. But, do you have power lights on the USB adapter might go out after about five seconds, even plugging it into any USB port on the Xbox one.

Just found today, that I think the signal seems to improve when the tuner is away from the router. Both are sitting behind the tv. Is it possible the wireless signals are interfering with the tuners reception. Is this something Microsoft can help with?

This may be irrelevant, but I have a question about the TV tuner. I understand that you plug the tuner into the XB1 through USB, not HDMI. I have an Xbox 360 hooked up to my XB1 through the HDMI-in port. In order to play 360 games, I have to use the TV app,
and the TV tuner uses the TV app as well in order to work. I also understand that when you plug in the TV tuner, the OneGuide separates the TV tuner channels from the "HDMI content". My question is this: if I have a TV tuner with a coax cable connected through
the XB1's USB port AND an Xbox 360 connected through the XB1'S HDMI-in port (both at the same time), can I switch between my Xbox 360 and my TV tuner when using the TV app? Thanks for the help!
