    Hi All,

    My first post here!

    I am not part of the selected participants of beta upgrades of Xbox One but as an enthusiast with the development of the new technologies by Microsoft and consequently I have decided to buy the official Xbox One Tuner sold in some market out of US/CA.

    My question is, why has Microsoft decided not to sell their own model in US/CA already on sale in some territories and start recommending their clients to go to a third seller to have their service done? Does that mean to US/CA that model won't be supported?

    I have used every search combination on YouTube that I can think of and have found nothing regarding using a Hauppauge tv tuner stick on an xbox one.. NBS. Any suggestions?

    As I got no help from Hauppauge, Microsoft or any Forum, I gave up on the glitchy device and moved to a tuner that works incredibly well with no loss of function, I believe it is a fix. I'm currently watching a TV on station that the Hauppauge tuner would
    never play without stuttering. The Tivo is cheaper, and has a much better tuner then most HDTV converter boxes. I now have all of my local stations, and the one guide and they all get great reception. My advice is to move on from the Hauppauge device. POS

    Getting ‘We’ve lost your tv lineup.’ Message. When I go through the setup process, it takes me right back to the ‘We've lost your tv lineup.’ Screen again. Fix this! I just want to watch tv!

    Same issue. Using Haupage usb tv tuner. Can't watch anything.
    I'm using the Hauppauge as well.

    One of the reasons that could be is that your TV tuner is not compatible with Xbox for this purpose and therefore no further information appears. You can search the internet if the model is compatible to remove the doubt.
