TV Tuner audio lag on headset only. Games and UI are fine.

I have bought a new TV tuner just released in the UK. The audio is out of sync when watching live TV on my headset. When playing on TV speakers it is fine. Or when playing games on headset, they are also fine. It is just lagging on live TV on the headset
only.

Do hearing aid streamers work on Xbox one?

im deaf myself but i use a stereo headset to watch TV. if the game audio is streamed THROUGH the TV and the audio equipment is hooked up to TV itself NOT the Xbox then the headeset should work. only approved devices will link with the Xbox itself like Turtle
Beach headsets etc.

my stereo wireless headset is hooked to TV output and my Xbox is hooked to the TV input. game audio works fine for me

 

The Audio-Echo in the Mountains in Add-On Blizzard Mountain ist too heavy and annoying

With all the games fine tuning the details makes it or breaks it. In game settings audio adjust car radio and fx from there. Tune your headset as well.

Sorry to hear about the audio lag issue and thank you for bringing this to our attention. Are you using the Stereo Headset Adapter? If so will you be able to try a different controller?

 

Sorry I only have one controller and cant check that. I have tried with batteries and also on usb still the same. I have a slightly complicated set up for headphones, they are on optical out to an RCA adapter to Turtle Beach headset and also use the stereo
headset adapter. I dont understand how games, videos, and the UI are all in audio sync but Live TV is not. They are all perfect when played with TV speakers.

 

Actually i think i have got this a little bit backwards, the headset audio is AHEAD of the TV.

 

Try setting your TV to Gameing Mode if available. This should eliminate most of the input lag of your TV.
