    TV Surround (Not Working After 7/7/14 Update)


    After updating the Xbox One to the latest version (7/7/2014), the surround sound on the TV quit working. I had the setting set to Surround and have had it since that option has been available. I changed it to Standard (Stereo) and then it works. However,
    the sound quality is horrible and quite low. I have to turn it up and then games/movies are too loud.

    If there is a better place to post this please let me know.

    No, no update, yet!

    Think back, Feb. 11 update did not come out until Feb 14.

    MS said March 4, before the release of Titanfall. Also MS Store, has accessories (Headset adapter, Media remote) that need the update, to work right, dated for March 7. So March 4 -7, is my guess.
