    TV signal and a frozen console


    For the past day my tv is saying no signal when I turn the Xbox on. On 2 occasions I managed to get onto the trouble shooting by holding the wheat/sync. I have just completely reset the console and it froze again.

    Earlier I had a E106 error and the next time it was E102 error.

    I can’t do anything so please help.

    Ive already gone through the support, factory reset and it froze again and won’t load. Ive literally just done another reset and now I have a white dot on the screen.

    Hi,

    Do you see "No Signal" message on your TV screen? If its just black screen, this signals that your console needs update. But if you see "No Signal" it could be an issue with your HDMI cable or TV HDMI port or your console HDMI port. Better to test your console
    with different TV.
