TV Random Flickering, Blacking out, and Fuzzyness

I have two Xbox 360 with HDMI cables plugged into two different TVs. Both experience this. Seemingly randomly, the screen might black out and appear to loose connection to the xbox (sometimes it will even pop up and say "not supported" or "no connection").
Sometimes I get little green dots, lines, or blurry spots followed by a loss of sound and eventual black screen, that randomly flicks in and out. Sometimes its red dots. I notice jiggling the HDMI cable makes it stop, but only temporarily. It stops what its
doing in that moment, and returns to normal playable/watchable screens. Sometimes its a quick fix in 1 minute, othertimes it continues for 5 or more. Its annoying. Ive tried different HDMI cables, Ive tried different TVs, and my Xbox 360s are relatively new
(despite the fact that this has been happening since Day 1). I know other people who have this issue, but then I see other people who have never had this happen.

I am wondering if it is the "quality" of my hdmi cable, or if this is "just how it is". One of the cables is a "higher quality" 30$ one I bought form BestBuy, and the other is a 20$ one I bought from Gamestop. Both have the flickering equally though.

The Xbox One S and my tv

So, the flickering I was having with my TV was due to a bad HDMI cable. Swapped it out and the flickering stopped. Xbox still thinks the TV can support HDR but that it's not turned on, but I still can't select that menu option. Oh well, at least the flickering
stopped!

TV flicker

I have the same issue, using Comcast Motorola box and a Westinghouse LD4255vx TV and we have changed the cables, it starts out with no flicker then starts flickering. Once it starts, nothing seems to stop the flickering except changing the cable.

Hey there, people will say the cables will make a difference, but in my experience a cheap cable is as good as the expensive one. It does sound odd that you're having the same issue on two different consoles, different cables and different TV's.

I can' only suggest trying the trouble shootings steps here:
support.xbox.com/.../image-on-your-tv-is-unclear

and if you're consoles are still in warranty, maybe taking them back to the store, which is what I would have considered doing straight away if this issue started out of the box.

There was an official Problem with HDR Flickering on that TVs and Xbox but that should be fixed a time ago

The screen flickers when HDR or HDMI ULTRA HD Deep Colour is on in the TV, after a while of flickering it goes black, then the TV loses the signal from the Xbox. That's
my problem.

If I deactivate HDMI ULTRA HD Deep Colour, then there's no more flickering and no more black screen.

Well it isn't fixed yet, I'm 100% sure I am on the latest firmware on both the LG C9 and the Xbox One X.

If you see flickering black and white dots on your TV, make sure you have selected the correct input on the TV where your console is connected to.

Black and white flickering usually happens, when you set the TV to TV-tuner input, and there is no antenna connected.

Ah! i know this, my Friends Xbox and his TV did the same thing! he fixed his by getting a different HDMI cord by a different brand name. for some reason with the the cord he had if it moved even slightley do to a shake or anything the screen blacked out
like it was turning off and then later popped back on. this can be associated by a lose connection or FIT in the back of the TV by the HDMI Cord not being Snug. thats what we determined anyways as the result of the Black Screen.
