TV OneGuide channel lineup for my provider is not correct

In setting up the OneGuide for my area, my TV provider is listed and will populate a guide, but the channel lineup is all wrong. I happen to work for the company that provides this service. I can direct you to the proper guide listings or the people to
help correct this. This would improve the xbox one experience for a lot of people in my area.

The entire channel lineup is wrong.

Hey everyone, this same problem just happened to me where my cable provider changed the channel lineup but my xbox was still using the old channel numbers but i found how to fix it. Go to settings ---> tv&oneguide ---> oneguide---> clear oneguide ---> then
last still in oneguide go to tv lineup and go through that again. That fixed it for me.

I have already attempted using these guides to resolve this issue. A chat session with tech support recommended posting up here. The entire channel lineup is incorrect for this area. I work for the communications company providing video service in this
area and would love to see this corrected. It would make the functionality of the Xbox One much better. Can anyone identify where Xbox is getting their information, or provide a contact to send up to date listings?
