TV not powering up correctly since March update.

My TV does not turn on correctly with the voice command now, it powers up but displays nothing, if I use the TV remote to power down, then back up it works fine.

Freedom Rewards punchcard not updating after 3 days

UPDATE (since editing is not allowed) I did made a purchase 1st of April. I thought I did it on the 31st of March. But the purchase of the 27th is still not correctly punched on the March punchcard.

mines actually work fine now, the last update messed mines up but the update today fixed it. try a hard reset, hold power button for 15secs till it reset. and what do u mean it displays nothing? wrong input are black screen from x1 are what?

Tried the reset, did not work, what did work was using a different remote code, for some reason the one that worked fine pre- update, no longer worked.

Strange, could you try this please, disconnect every cable from the console. Press the power button on the console several times and then connect the cables back up. Power the tv on and select the hdmi input then power the console on, in some cases it is
required to start the tv/console up in a certain order to get things working correctly. If that doesn't work try going through this again but power the console up first and then the tv

I don't get why you are hearing audio at 420 but not at a higher setting and I couldn't find anyone with the same issue using that particular tv. Does your tv take firmware updates? If so ensure that you are updated to the latest firmware as that will often
resolve a lot of issues.

However, the latest update of my samsung tv is from march. (Just checked, and it is the latest firmware update)
