TV listing but no picture

Discus and support TV listing but no picture in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; Ive recently bought the TV tuner for xb1.i can get the oneguide listings for available channels but no actual programmes show ,I only get a black...     TV listing but no picture


    Ive recently bought the TV tuner for xb1.i can get the oneguide listings for available channels but no actual programmes show ,I only get a black screen.any help would be welcome

    OneGuide listings are always incorrect

    I have same problem. TV listings are partially correct, but the listings leave out a large chunk, about 60% of the channels. I also have verified my settings correct but the tv listings always come up missing most channels.

    No tv shows up but all channel listings

    I've exhausted my options for the day. Any idea on how to get a picture to show up. Xfinity Box xg1-p

    Your Xbox One console supports a variety of display settings. Select the settings that are best for your television by following these steps:

    1. Press the Xbox button
      to open the guide.
    2. Select System > Settings.
    3. Select Display & sound, and then select Video output.
    4. Choose the display and picture settings appropriate for your TV.
    Notes

    • TV resolution settings are selected automatically. Typically, you shouldn't have to adjust these settings.
    Hey! There is calibrate menu, its calibration picture with green frames, so the only option is to use tv settings, xbox dont have it in comparison with ps for example

    Sorry to hear it. It may have been an existing issue with the console that the previous owner did not inform you of.

    You should see if you can return it to him and purchase a newer console.

    I am having same issue...directv genie box...picture is set to native and stretch but Xbox one decodes SD picture strangely, squeezing it small with black bars around borders of the small image. Unhooking the genie box and going straight to the tv does
    not cause the issue, and the SD image is properly stretched to fit. Unhooking my directv from Xbox one until this is addressed.
