    Could be a setting on the tv if xbox is set or maybe the cable

    It must be the tv. Everything I've read on it says that it can run that but I hooked my other one X to it and it showed the same thing. But still no error message.

    That's my issue, in display settings under resolution there isnt another box. I have another xbox one x in my living room and that one shows the hz box. And when I do my 4k settings check everything is checked off. I've done alot of research on the tv
    and it is able to do 4k 60hz. And I'm using the correct hdmi inputs

    Have you made sure the setting in the xbox is set at 60hz 🤔

    Disply settings and check the 60hz and check on the TV make sure you dont have to enable anything.

    Thankyou for responding. I have looked over the specs and the tv is capable of running 4k and 60hz. I also have not recieved that error message and here are the 4k tv details.
