    Hi! I recently bought an xbox one S , but i've been having some problems... Sometimes, while playing a game, the image on tv goes out. The sound is still on, but the screen is black. I then turn the console off and right back on and it works. But it soon
    happens again... Can anyone explain whats going on?

    Hi there,

    Have you tried a different HDMI cable? I've had a similar issue when connecting a computer to my TV. Swapped the cable, and haven't had an issue since.

    Stuttering using 50Hz Content in Europe...

    @The Relvas As I live in Australia the standard refresh rate for all TV's is 50hz. Such problems that occur while playing are an unclear image, stutter/judder which is at it's worse while panning the camera in game. All issues are related to the visual of
    the game.

    Map packs keep disappearing

    Always been a bug. No real way to fix it unfortunately. Maps are gone if you complete the download while at the dashboard. If you complete them while in the game menu, your good, but they disapear when you leave the game.
