tv guide missing

for about 2 weeks now I have been without a TV guide when using live TV. the Whole grid says "No info available"

Xbox support have been no help, pointing me to support documents outlining steps I have done numerous times, while also reseting the console and setting up again. which also did not work.

Support then says it's not available in my region. Which is bullocks as I have been using the guide since 2015 on my xbox one and now my xbox one x. Plus all the TV regions in Australia are still available to choose from when setting up the TV tuner.

My tv provider is missing when I tried to set up one guide.

 

Xbox OneGuide Missing Channels - DirecTV

I am also missing a bunch of important channels from mediacom. My zip is 60119. I have noticed the same channels are missing from TV Guide channel lineup.

 

I have the same issue at the moment, has bee happening for three/four days.

Have attempted all the steps here, without success.

Incorrect Channel and Show Information | Xbox One TV

Have shut down and restarted, logged out and back in. No change.

If I change a channel with the controller the current show and 'airing next' in the display at the footer displays. But if I use the EPG or the on screen channel changer they both show 'no info available'.

Have been using the EPG for a year with OneGuide. What remaining steps could I try?

 

I suspect almost everyone will have this issue as at some point in the new year the Aust EPG hasn't been updated for Xbox feed.

 

Adding a 'me too' to the thread. Hoping for a fix.

Suffering exact same problems and tried all the standard Support suggestions like the OP.

 

Having the same issue, this is VERY frustrating!!! Please fix ASAP Microsoft.

 

100% Same. Has been happening for weeks. No updates pending. Reset whole one guide and Xbox more times than can count. Feel like I'm playing a memory game every time i turn the TV on.. flicking and making mental notes for the 20
channels and current and future programs....i watch the TV not to think.

My next troubleshooting step is getting rid of the problem all together... picturing a "how to basic" of things to do to the machine...

Just gross. Average.. and gross. Its my most shameful first world problem i can complain about to a very particular group of equally suffering individuals...

Microsoft if you can fetch my TV lineup that would be great.. i think you left it in 2017? Look next to Groove music and your mobile phone line up..( im ok with the other two.. no one liked them.. but i think you already knew that)

And after being ok for a week or so, the same problem is back again.

Cmon Microsoft, surely this isn’t that difficult to fix or at least to let us know what is going on here.
