    Hi, on the Xbox one the sky go today updated. It would not open so I uninstalled and then attempted to find the app on the store but couldn’t. I found it in my recently installed list and it says ‘currently unavailable’ - does anyone know if this is an issue with the app or my Xbox? Thank you. Even if someone could tell me whether they can find the app on the store would be amazing.

    Hello Jack, have you tried contacting the Sky Go support group, because in cases like this they can remove the app from the store.

    I did a quick search on the internet and saw that many people on the Sky forum are with the same problem.

    Hi Daj mahal,

    I'm sorry to hear there are problems watching on demand using the Sky TV app on Xbox One. I know that can be frustrating.

    A full reboot of your Xbox may help the situation. If you haven't done so already, I suggest trying a complete

    power cycle    . All the steps are listed on the link I provided.

    If you haven't done so, I recommend also re-installing the app itself.

    Let us know if you've tried that and what the results were.
