TV from Sky downloading wrong version

I am trying to download 'TV from Sky' on my series s and it is unwatchable quality (judder). My Series S is downloading the Xbox One copy of the app (1.19). No xbox or sky customer service rep has been able to help me. Is my xbox broken or can I force the series s download? I have performed all standard reset steps!

Below are the sky technical requirements for the app.

Thank you for your reply. I have tried both. It seems to save it in my ‘ownership’ so just forces the same download each time?

have you downloaded the app from you library or did you go into the store/apps and download there.

HI, The Sky TV app can be found here https://www.microsoft.com/p/tv-from-sky/9nh16zfrcdcz only available in the UK though. So if you are not in that region, you cannot download it.
