Please try the complete power cycle procedure below first.

1. Turn off the Xbox console by pressing the Xbox button on the front of the console for about 10 seconds until it shuts down completely.

2. Unplug the console's power cable. Wait 10 seconds.

Important Be sure to wait 10 seconds. This step resets the power supply.

3. Plug the console power cable back in.

4, Press the Xbox button on your console to turn on the Xbox console.

If it still doesn't work, I would highly recommend contacting Sky support through this link, https://www.sky.com/help/articles/contacting-sky.

You will need to report the issue to them about this since you also have tried to reinstall the app already

HI, The Sky TV app can be found here https://www.microsoft.com/p/tv-from-sky/9nh16zfrcdcz only available in the UK though. So if you are not in that region, you cannot download it.

It's not called Sky go, it's called TV from Sky.

Sorry to hear about the OneGuide issue. That sounds very strange! Could you provide us the model of the Sky box you are mentioning? Does the Sky box you use match the Sky box in your living room?

Does this happen only with OneGuide? Let's start with plugging your Sky box directly into your TV and remove the Xbox One from the equation for now. If you keep seeing the issue, it sounds like it is with your Sky box and you would want to
contact Sky's support. If the removing the console resolves the issue then post so we can continue troubleshooting!
