TV audio gets deeper/lower in tone

I've had my Xbox One for a few months now. I've read in the forums about an issue many people are having with audio lag where the sound no longer matches up with the movement of the person's mouth on the screen. I don't believe this is the same thing, which
is why I created a new post. I could be wrong though so if this issue has been addressed and fixed, I apologize ahead of time.

I noticed an issue that started up a little over a month ago. I am one to sleep with the TV on (I know it's not the best habit to have) and I notice that when I wake up, the audio is a lot lower/deeper in tone. The lips of the people who talk match up with
the sound, however. I have found that unplugging either of the HDMI's (in or out) and plugging them back in fixes the problem... until the next morning. My Xbox is completely off during the day while I'm at work. I have tried power-cycling the console and I
have replaced the HDMI cables with new, upgraded ones to no avail. Has anyone else experienced this issue? Does anyone know the solution? If there is anymore information needed of me to help solve this issue, please let me know. I appreciate your help.

    :)

    live tv audio stuttering

live tv pass through has audio issues.

the audio seems to stutter the more complex the audio gets, the worse it gets.

    voices seem deeper also.

please fix this, I have tried meany configurations with no effect.

apart from that well done if this audio issue is fixed, this console will be out of this world.

Why does Xbox not support CEC / ARC.. ??? If I had known I had never bought the xbox x

You don't need lower quality audio if you take the HDMI output to an amp then to TV.

You will get the full audio experience that way. That is what the amp is designed for hence having multiple input sources.

I'm actually having a similar issue (deep voices while watching tv input). I have a thread going in the 1408 preview forum where there is a reply saying that the developers are looking into it.

I had the same problem. I have a system that can reach very low bass, and was working fine before I got my Xbox One. Afterwards, it boomed so badly my speakers were shaking the floor and had a lot of distortion. I actually had to go into the setup of
the speaker system and decrease my bass to about half the level it was before. That fixed the problem (or the symptom, really). I'm hoping the developers come out with that fix.

Bump, this has actually gotten worse. I've been hooking up my Pi after each update and it's actually gotten worse. Some files actually getting really high pitched and some files get low pitched. Obviously something is wrong with how the xbox is sampling
the audio from the hdmi input.

I stopped using the TV function through the Xbox until we hear of a fix. It's a shame thought since that feature was one of the main reasons I bought an Xbox One instead of a PS4. Trying to be patient though. Can we get some type of response from someone
from Microsoft? I haven't read much anywhere else regarding this issue.

TV audio gets deeper/lower in tone

I'd been replied to a few times in the preview forums that they were working on it, but haven't got a reply recently in any threads. I've stopped using it as well, but I was so used to flipping over to the tv input on xbox and still being able to get notifications.
Hopefully they are actually working on fixing it, or at least will be releasing the plex app soon which would mean I could move my pi somewhere else in the house.
