    TV apps not working


    Hi. I have a problem with TV apps on my new Xbox One S console. BBC iPlayer gives error 02001 when I try to play any video, Demand5 gives error 500, All4 gives a 'something's wrong error' (no error code) and ITV Hub gives error 0x8027025a. I've tried
    all the recommended uninstalling/reinstalling steps, and restarting the xbox. Netflix and the games I've tried are fine. I've checked my location is set to the UK. Thanks in advance.

    Some of the apps are no longer support and we not updated to new versions and therfore wont work.

    Hi. Maybe it is the issues with those apps. If you tried all those steps, try restarting your internet connection by resetting your router. That would be your best bet.

    While it does not fix the issue, if you go to home screen from tv app, press menu button, you can quit the tv app. Click the tv app it will open and work fine until next time.
