TV and Xbox randomly power off during games

When I turned my Xbox One on this morning, it said it needed a new update in order to connect to Xbox Live. Ever since this update, my console and tv randomly power off while I am playing games on my account. I tried resetting the xbox and the kinect
multiple times, but nothing seems to work. However, when I play the games on my cousin's account, everything seems to work fine. I'm not sure if this has something to do with the latest update or if my account is somehow messed up. If anyone else is/has
experienced this problem and has a solution, it would be much appreciated. Thanks

Video Feed Blacks Out Among Other Things

I'm having a couple issues with my Xbox One:

Controller randomly turns off and restarts during gameplay. It is a horribly disruptive experience.

Bigger issue is that my TV will just black out randomly. The video feed will black out during both TV and while playing a game. Sometimes when I turn my TV on, the TV will just have a message from the Xbox saying it has lost the TV signal when the cable
box is turned on. This message will display for 10-20 seconds then live TV will display.

 

Why do Mics/Party still not work?

Randomly:

No sound through mic or TV, sound through TV only, sound through mic and TV, sound through kinect only, sound through mic but sounds like kinect.

Also, still have to turn on part chat after accepting an invite, randomly turns off your chat without notification if not playing same game. Randomly turns off all sound/chat during games and then randomly returns all sound and chat after game ends.

This was perfected on 360. They have the ability. What is the problem. Stop trying to reinvent the wheel Microsoft.

 

Mine is doing the same thing... playing games or watching movies?????

Forums. If you are not participating in the Preview Program and are experiencing this issue, please try a few troubleshooting steps.

Please give the following steps a try:

• Press and hold the power button on your Xbox One console for 5 seconds.
• Once your console is powered off, unplug the power cord.
• Wait 5 minutes and then plug in your console.
• Power on your console and load a game to see if you are experiencing the random power issues.
