We do not dictate this information, and you can communicate with the team that has created this document within the document at the bottom of the page.

You can even see the git hub for the creators here: https://github.com/MicrosoftDocs/minecraft-creator My recommendation is to ask them and give them specific examples as to what is going wrong. Letting them know what there is something wrong in great detail will give you the explanations you need. For example, what part of it is hard to understand, which parts are you stopped up at and what is the state of the process, and adding any relevant information you can such as, if you found a way around an issue, detail it to them. Only the contributors and creators can make adjustments to this document.

I think this will help them adjust the document and answer your questions about the process if necessary. But again, Microsoft does not dictate what is in the document, only the creator of the document does.

I have been playing Minecraft since 2013, and have experience with Minecraft: Java Edition for PC, Minecraft: Pocket Edition, Minecraft: Xbox One Edition (which I think you are referring to as 'legacy'?) and Minecraft: Bedrock Edition for Xbox One, Windows 10 and mobile devices.

'Diamond apples' have never existed in any 'vanilla' version of the game.

That being said, they could be included in some modded versions of the game, or perhaps in an add-on pack. However, many mods are only applicable to Minecraft: Java Edition, and the original question never mentioned a modded version of Bedrock, leaving me to believe it was merely a misconception.

Moreover, Bedrock Edition is a completely separate game to Xbox One Edition (which was its predecessor). There were no possible mods for Xbox One Edition, and 'diamond apples' did not exist in that version, meaning that there was no way in which to add them.

The Xbox browser is mostly for looking at product information, and has the ability to download disabled deliberately as a security measure. The likelihood of this changing is very low

You cannot mod Xbox games as they are secure and encrypted. The only way you can mod a game is through game menus curated by the developer, in this case the Minecraft store on the bedrock edition
