    Turtlebeach X12 cheap workarounds Xbox One


    Hey everyone. I have no idea where to post this exactly but this looked like a good place to start. I'm trying to get my Turtlebeach X12 headset to work as best as I can on my Xbox One S, I finally got the audio to work thanks to a workaround from the internet...sadly
    in-game chat won't work without an adapter. That much i know but I don't know what exactly to look for and if possible I'd like to not have to buy it at all. Really the whole point of me getting it to work is so I can stream to Twitch without any further delays
    or problems; guess my question is does the mic work for recording without needing to function for in-game chat or no? And if not...what do I look for and where?

    Headset recommendations

    I personally use this headset: www.turtlebeach.com/.../ear-force-x12.aspx You can find them at Walmart/GameStop or any place that sells gaming accessories.
    I love it, and I've been with TurtleBeach since the X11's.

    I've had the TurtleBeach X11's for almost a year now and they are the best headset I've ever had for the xbox. One of my buddies had the x12 and remember him telling me about a couple issues with static when he first got his.
