    Turtle Beaches X22


    I have a pair of Turtle Beaches X22. I went out and bought this $30 piece of plastic to connect them so I could use voice chat. The damn thing didn't include a 3.5m jack to run from the controller to the headset themself. (Thank for being cheap MS) So I
    guess I need to go spend more money for that wire. Is there anything else I'll need? Currently I have the beaches connected to my tv via the headphone jack. I am not sure if that is the issue or what. But I can't hear, not talk to anyone.

    If you already bought the Xbox one headset adapter for the 3.5mm jack, you just need the to plug the headset. After that you will be able to hear and talk to people in your party

    No you shouldn't pay more, you should of got it with the headset adapter, take it back tell them the jack adapter is missing.

    I found a 3.5m wire I use for work. I find it a bit ridiculous MS would not include that in the package. I mean you're paying $30 for a freaking piece of plastic, that really isn't needed. They could have designed it to work like the xbox 360 controllers.
    But it's a way to get an extra $30 out of gamers.

    I do know that it states that you get the adapter plug with it, which I forgot is the wrong size I remember now having to buy one for XP400s which I have never used.
