Turtle Beach XP400 Headset

Will the upcoming headset adaptor be compatible with the XP400's? and if not will Turtle Beach be releasing their own adaptor for it sometime soon for xbox one? Thanks!

Headpones recommendation

I would not recommend a Razer headset, yes they do have an xbox 360 headset. Reason is the microphone is too sensitive.

I also do not recommend any of the astro headsets as mine broke pretty fast, and the microphone's quality is terrible.

I do recommend turtle beach headsets. In my opinion they have the best quality, are the most comfortable, and sound the greatest. And the microphone is fantastic, especially with the voice playback.

But be aware that the cords for all the wired turtle beach headsets can break fast, but they're cheap.

As of now I own the turtle beach xp500, and I love it. If you are willing to wait on a headset turtle beach just announced the xp400 and xp300 recently at CES2012. And from what I understand the xp400 is an upgrade to the xp500.

Why is my Xbox One headset adapter not working? I bought the proper cable adapter with it.

Not all of the Turtle Beach headsets are compatible with the X1. You might not have a compatible headset. Compatible headsets are XP510, EarForce XP Seven's, XP400, & X42. If you don't have one of those it's not going to work.

Yes, you can use the turtle beach xp 400 with the xbox one. all you need is the mic adapter (sold at gamestop) and a digital optical cable (sold at wal-mart, bestbuy ect.) the mic adapter will allow you to talk to people and the audio cable will allow you
to hear everything, games, music, movies ect.
