    I have been having this same problem, i exchanged my controller and it continued to do this, now i was just playing and my xo sevens have completely stopped working. the mute button won't even light up!

    Recently bought a new controller the one with the 3.5 mm jack in it. My xo 7 pros do not work with the adapter on that controller only with the older controller any ideas y?

    I wish I had bought a ps4 at this point because honestly with this controller freezing issue, Sub par graphics, useless friend / party system (compared to 360) and Kinect (I play real games not casual sports games and gimmicks). Never thought I'd get buyers
    remorse with an Xbox but there you go.

    Happened twice to me on Saturday playing Titanfall. Using freshly updated titanfall controller and XO headset.

    I not only have an xbox that crashes frequently, now I have a controller that does it too!

    I talked with MS support chat, he told me to put my console on energy saving mode.Then go into Network, Advanced settings, Alternate Mac address, Then Clear.The Xbox will restart, Don't ask me why or how but this seems to have worked for me! I've been playing
    for hours with the XO7's without a single controller freeze.He also recommended I hold down the power button until the Xbox shuts down then unplug it from the wall and any connections for at least 1 hour.So far so good I hope it works for others as well.
