    I bought a set of xo one turtle beach and every time I turn my Xbox on I have to unplug the entire adaptor on my controller to get it to work i feel like I'm going to break it at this rate! Anyone know how I get get it to see the headset without unplugging
    it?? Thanks.

    Yep. I got Turtle Beach XO Fours that are having the same issue. They're fine when plugged into my smartphone, but have those sound issues and crackling when plugged into the adapter.
