    Turtle Beach XO One mic not working


    So a few days ago, my chat headset that came with my xbox one stopped working. It had had pretty heavy use, so I wasn't too disappointed when the mic stopped working (I could hear people, but they couldn't hear me). So, I bought a Turtle Beach XO One headset
    from amazon (https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00KSVXSZU/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o00_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1) so that I could talk again. It arrived,
    I updated both of my controllers, and encountered the same problem. No one could hear me speak. I tried all of the troubleshooting advice on the xbox support page and the turtle beach support page. When I tested the mic with a phone call, it worked fine, so
    the issue is not the mic. Both of my controllers are updated as required (and I have tried doing it again), and yet neither work. My settings allow for me to talk to anyone, and are as loosely configured as I can make them. Please assist!

    i have the XO 4 headset from turtle beach and the mic doesn't work even the mic that game with my headset isn't working

    No sound on headset or mic for XO Three Gaming Headset Wired connected to a wireless controller

    Purchased a new Ear Force XO Three Gaming Headset(Turtle Beach) and a wireless controller. Connected the headset to the wireless controller and attempted setup on X Box One Console. However, we have no sound on headset and mic is not working.

    Any ideas?

    Was going to get the Microsoft version then thought no, so I got the Turtle Bach XO Sevens Pro, comes with turtle beach adapter that give mic monitoring, pre-sets for sound and mic, awesome quality also. I did have some XO Fours but the dog chewed them
    one night, and they were on the top shelf.

    Im looking at the turtle beach XO four stealth, they come with an adapter, but i wanted to be sure mic monitoring would work just plugging strait into the new controller. The adapter interferes with the paddles on scuf. Anyone have experience with XO four
