    Turtle Beach X31 compatibility with Xbox One.


    I have a Turtle Beach X31 headset that I used to use for the Xbox 360.

    I've hooked it up and it works just fine, however, the Xbox doesn't recognise it when using it as a microphone.

    As the X31 came with a 2.5mm to 2.5mm jack, I purchased a 2.5mm to 3.5mm cable but it still doesn't seem to be working.

    Is there a way to get it to work? Or is it just not compatible?

    If not, is there a microphone I can buy on its own?

    I don't particularly want to spend money on another headset when it's only the microphone that doesn't work...

    Compatibility Turtle Beach Ear Force X31 with Xbox One

    Hey everyone,

    I have a question concerning the compatibility of the Turtle beach ear force x31 with the xbox one. I have read that for most older headsets the adapter is needed and I have seen all kinds of lists about the different headsets which are compatible. However,
    for me it is still unclear if the turtle beach ear force x31 is compatible with the xbox using the adapter? It is not really mentioneD in the list but other headsets of the same series like the x41 or x32 are compatible. So can anyone help me?

    Turtle Beaches currently are not compatible with the Xbox One.

    Turtle Beach are working on making Xbox one headsets.
