    Turtle Beach x12


    Hi, i have a problem with my turtle beach x12, last sunday the headse. started to unwork, on the xbox the control remote in line doesn't receive power and the led is off, so i can't adjust my audio. I decided to change the xbox audio adapter but now with
    the new audio adapter there is the same problem.

    Headset work on pc because the led go on, but i didn't listen if there was audio.

    Turtle Beach x12

    Might seem like a stupid question but have you plugged the USB plug into your console as that is the power supply for the headset?
