    Turtle Beach X12 problems


    So I'm having a couple of problems with my Turtle Beach X12 headset. Number 1 (and most importantly), Ii can't hardly hear people talking. I tried turning up the headset volume, chat mixer, etc, and it did make it where I can hear people, but it really altered
    the game audio and made the game ech really badly. Any suggestions on how to make it where I can hear people without having my game audio changed?

    And, number two, when I have my headset hooked into my controller, it makes the game audio echo, but when I unplug it from my controller, the audio is fine. I have no idea what is wrong with my headset, but this is very annoying.

    Since this isn't an official Microsoft headset, we don't have all of the best troubleshooting steps available for it. It's best to try the steps listed on the Turtle Beach support page
