    Turtle Beach x12 disconnecting me from xbox live


    This has only been a problem recently. I found out that my x12 turtle beaches which is a wired headset is disconnecting me from xbox live. I've had this headset for a while now and have not had any problems with it at all. But last week I kept getting disconnected
    from xbox live a lot and couldn't figure out why. I always had to test my connection before I could reconnect and even then I would get dropped 5 minutes later and have to test my connection to reconnect. But I just found out that if I unplug my headset I
    can immediately reconnect to xbox live without having to test my connection so I'm thinking it's my headset. I could really use some help with figuring this thing out.

    headset will notcause you to disconnect to xbox live. I have been droping from live and party chat alot so have my friends so that tells me its xbox live servers

    No i have a wired turtle beach x12 and have no phone near the extender or xbox and the disconnects guide didn't help either.

    What kind of microphone are you using? Turtle beaches? Turtle beaches are known to disconnect users from Xbox live sometimes (when USB is plugged in)
