Turtle Beach X0 one not working

My turtle beach X0 one's have stopped working in game and chat sound. In party's it says I do not have a mic. But it works fine plunged in to my phone. I would like to know if it is possible for it to be a setting as a friend messed around with every part
of my xbox one. I would relay help if someone could at lest tell me if there is a setting somewhere that could do this.

Don't have a clue what all this does will it help headsets in any way? i have Microsoft stereo headset and turtle beach x0 one's

see i am clueless so no doubt does nothing.

 

Turtle Beach x12 Headset Does Not Receive Audio

Turtle Beaches currently are not compatible with the Xbox One.

Turtle Beach are working on making Xbox one headsets.

first before you go into a party chat you should check iIF the controller has your gamertag assigned to it.

steps are as follows Settings->Devices&Accessories-> XBOX WIRELESS CONTROLLER

the bottom of the symbol to the settings to the controller should already notify you if your gamertag is assigned or not IF not you have to go in and press on ASSIGN TO SOMEBODY then choose your gamertag after that it should be working in the partychat.

note here is with the MS Stereo Chat adapter it will also show up on the right side in the controller settings i dont know about third party adapters at this point.

 

This problem was introduced with the last dashboard update, the only solution that works so far is to use a complete wireless headset like the Turtle Beach Stealth 500x, as these are not connected to the controller for the partychat/gamesound. there is also
another problem with the controllers having a disconnection problem that happens randomly.
