    My headset isnt wanting to shut off and the power button isnt working. Even though its connected to my xbox and my xbox is still shut off

    My headset is not wired. Here is the wireless product.

    As mentioned, when you put the USB in the Xbox, it thinks it is a controller which then blocks my wireless controller from working.

    Please advise.
