    Hi,

    I have exactly the same problem. Recon 50X headset worked for about a day or two but now not working on either Xbox One S controller.

    No firmware updates available for controller.

    Headset works fine on other devices (phones, Nintendo Switch). I have another one of these headsets and it doesn't work either on Xbox One S.

    I have gone through every troubleshooting page from Microsoft, Turtle Beach, various YouTube videos, nothing has worked, including a master reset on the Xbox, privacy settings etc. Simply it does not recognize there is a headset attached.

    I eventually called Microsoft Support and they told me they are aware of the problem and they are working on a solution (about 7 days ago), still not working at the moment though.

    My son wanted the Xbox for his Christmas present but he's hardly touched it because of the headset not working, prefers to use his old Nintendo Switch as he can talk to his friends on that. :-(

    Does anyone know if Microsoft are actually working on a solution or am I missing something?

    Having Audio Issues on 2 consoles connected to the same account.

    Also to add, the headsets i'm using are a Turtle Beach Recon Chat White headset and a Turtle Beach Stealth 450. Both of which work on other sources.
