    Hello,

    I recently bought the Turtle Beach Recon 70, I can hear the game and my friends, but they complain that my mic is too low, they can't hear me. I emailed Turtle Beach Support Team, I powercycled my Xbox, turn on and off again, increased the volume on the
    settings, I basically tried everything but it's still too low. (i also updated my controller)

    What should I do ? I've heard many people have this problem.

    Are you using the turtle beach chat adapter or plugging the headphones directly into the controller?

    Thank you! Kindly follow the steps below:

    1. Plug the headset into the Xbox controller.

    2. While in the Home screen, press the Xbox button on the controller. Scroll down to the buttons on the bottom of the left sidebar, and then select the Speaker icon (Audio)

    3. Configure your settings as shown:

    Set Headset Volume to Maximum
    Set Headset Chat Mixer to the Middle Setting
    Set Mic Monitor to Preferred Level
