    Turtle Beach Recon 50x headset stopped working on XB1 controller


    I was listening to a podcast this morning and out of the blue my turtle beach headset stopped working. i plugged other headsets into the controller and they all work. Headset works on my phone/tablet.

    Tried a hard start of the console and nothing. Ran tests and nothing.

    Thoughts?

    my sound cuts out on my headset

    my turtle beach ear force recon 50X headset has been cutting out recently and i unplug it and plug it back and it works for a few seconds and turns off againin to my xbox one controller

    I was using the Tritton Kama headset and then yesterday I purchased the Turtle Beach Recon 50x headset and they didn't work. Yes I did try to reset my network.

    I did, and it worked but it suddenly broke and the sound stopped coming from it. It was a turtle beach recon 50x.

    I have tested others, the controller I was using before that was secondhand which has now broken worked no problem with no static.

    The headset is Turtle Beach Recon 50x.
