    Turtle Beach PX5 + Microsoft Adapter = Game Sound & No Chat - Help


    Updated Controller - Check

    Installed Adapter - Check

    Game Sound.Surround - Check

    Party Chat - No one can hear me. I can't hear them. I can see in the party screen my small circle and when I talk it changes and shows I am 'chatting'.

    What gives? Why have an adapter that is not just easy to work? How can I test this and make this work?

    New chat adaptor cables landing at game 7th fed

    I received my headset adapter from the microsoft store on wednesday all working ok with my turtle beach px5 headset.

    The Turtle Beach XBA Bluetooth Adapter will not work on the Turtle Beach X41's.....It will work on the XP500/XP400/XP300/PX5 only!

    Randomly started working after a hard reset of the system. Which I had tried before... now it works.

    Xbox One Headset Adapter

    Godless what worked for me is I had to use the Xbox adapter that came with the Steelseries headset with the adapter. The turtle beach chat cable does not work with the steelseries. It works fine with my px5 connected to the adapted but for some reason
    the turtle beach chat cable doesnt work with steelseries h wireless.
