    Turtle Beach Headset


    I just bought the turtle beach recon headset and i am fairly certain there is a disconnected wire within the headset. I can hear party chat audio just fine, and i can talk just fine. My problem is game audio. No xbox audio comes through the mic at all
    and i have made sure all settings are correct. The thing that gives it away that there is a wiring issue is that you are supposed to adjust the chat mixer setting, but it wont even let me click on that setting. I can move the headset audio slider and the mic
    monitoring slider, but the headset chat mixer slider is gray and unavailable to use. Any help or should i return and get a new one?
